  We have literally just left the restaurant and I feel compelled to write this review for any future customers considering eating here.
  
  1. Onion rings were served cold and when brought to there attention they returned the same ones microwaved.
  2. Burger meal was cold and they had to remake.
  3. We then had to get the staff attention to serve the remade food as it sat on the hot counter for 3 minutes.
  3. Staff were stood around chatting at the bar and had to wait over 15minutes to get a drink while.
  4. They automatically added a 10% service charge of £19.41. We never agreed to pay this. We wasn't asked if it was acceptable.
  BEWARE AS I'M LED TO BELIEVE THEY DO THIS AS STANDARD.
  
  I will give a tip for good service and good food place.... Something this establishment lacks significantly.

  Great food, but always very, very busy in the evenings. Staff are mostly great, but we had one or two let downs on various visits. **Update** The new menu looks good, but the defaults are very bland. The sour cream tastes like plain cream, the salsa isn't even 'mild', just bland. Choose food where you can pick your spice level! Starters are disappointing.
